5th Annual Crazy Sports Day

The Rotaract Club of South Perth used to run an annual "Crazy Sports Day" in the 1980s. We're not sure why, but at some point the Rotaract Club of Thornlie took over the Crazy Sports Day. The last Crazy Sports Day was held in 1999, and the Rotaract Club of Thornlie sadly folded in January 2001. The Crazy Sports Day is no longer a part of the Rotaract calendar; we don't have any plans to resurrect it!

Club honour was at stake yesterday at the South Perth Rotaract Club's fifth annual Crazy Sports Day at Brand Oval, WAIT. More than 100 Rotaract members from throughout WA competed in 'almost anything goes' events - like these Gosnells, Scarborough and Ascot members battling out the finish in the sack race.
